
Our Story
Allie and Dan Spinale began Pizza Project in the Spring of 2021 creating naturally leavened pizzas made from stone milled flours.
Feeling inspired by all types of pizza, their vision for a business evolved into creating a mobile pizzeria that continues an adventurous spirit of experimenting with new techniques, using local and in season ingredients, and baking different styles of pizza. In January 2022, they moved forward with the idea of adding naturally leavened bread to the menu as it felt like the natural next step.
